Appointment Etiquette

Our facilities do not double book patients. The time allotted for you is yours and yours only. During our busy seasons, the waiting time to schedule procedures can reach 4-6 weeks. We ask for your consideration of others and notify us 24-48 hours in advance in case of a cancellation, so we may give your time slot to another patient. Failure to do so may incur charges up to $500.00 and we reserve the right to not re-schedule your procedure.
